Production Design Associate
Revival Design Studio is looking for experienced, technical professionals to assist our production team with creating construction documents, renderings, and visualizations. Please submit cover letter, resume and previous project examples.
Ideal candidate has the following skills/experience:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Must be fluent in Revit, minimum of 1-3 years of experience
- Must be experienced in the use of AutoCAD to create architectural construction documents
- Must be experienced in 3D modeling and creation of photorealistic renderings
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production of construction documents for projects from start to completion
- Research and review of current building and life safety codes
- Creation of schematic, design development and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
- Creation of 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings
- Coordination of various engineers related to each project, including coordination and redlining of their documents for corrections
- Construction administration to include review of submittals and shop drawings, and RFI’s
GENERAL:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to manage one’s time and tasks to adhere to required project schedules

Project Manager
Revival Design Studio is looking for experienced, architectural/construction professionals to assist our project teams with overall project management and construction administration. Please submit cover letter, resume and references.
Ideal candidate has the following skills/experience:
EXPERIENCE:
- Professional degree in construction management, architectural or engineering-related field (preferred, but not required)
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in commercial construction
- Experience in all phases of design, construction documentation, codes, specifications, and construction administration
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce and manage project contracts, budgets, and schedules
- Proactive communication with team members, clients, and contractors throughout project lifecycle
- Work with internal project team members to meet deliverable deadlines
- Act as liaison between owner and internal team members
- Participate in reoccurring onsite and/or virtual meetings
- Update internal team members with important project information
GENERAL:
- Good communication and management skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Innovative and excellent at problem solving

Job Shadow
Description
Revival Design Studio invites you to take part in a 3 hour experience designed to expose high school students to the world of work and offer students a chance to explore careers of interest. Our job shadowers may get to witness our architects and designers hard at work, participating in client meetings, and completing every-day tasks. This is a free, unpaid experience. Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the studio.

- Increase awareness of necessary skills for the desired career
- Understanding connections between schools and careers
- Developes interactive skills and professionalism
