Emily enjoys the playful elegance of maximalist spaces that have a thrifty, vintage feel… and a twist of mid-century. She loves mixing materials with high–quality textures and layers, such as woods, leathers, velvets, and corduroys. In her moody, dimly lit space, you may find an eccentrically patterned surface or beautifully crafted woodwork, tying a space together and creating rich elements of design.
Emily has a background in designing everything from large-scale projects to small remodels – focusing on exterior material selection and facade design. She works swiftly and skillfully with Revit software and when coupled with her visualization skills, clients can envision their projects from our conceptual 3D renderings and animations.
She works diligently to refine and execute design and production projects to provide clients with deliverables on time.
As a kid, one of her favorite things to do was draw entire towns in chalk on her driveway, complete with home layouts, roads, and bridges leading to stores and schools. When not creating at Revival, she enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles, painting – and repainting – old furniture, and spending time with loved ones and her cats, Betty and Bear. Designing a living space that comes alive, like so much of Olafur Eliasson’s work, is a dream Emily would love to experience.
