Lauren prefers moody intimate spaces full of saturated, jewel-toned, and high-contrast colors. She thrives when designs consist of layers, adding various patterns and textures. Her favorite design aesthetic combines the studious-yet-sultry style of Dark Academia with hints of Art Deco.
With expert attention to detail and easy-going communication skills, Lauren knows the right questions to ask to draw out the objectives for a project. Collaborating with the project team, she intentionally and thoughtfully shares this skill to achieve remarkable results. Her extensive knowledge of upholstery, furnishings, and custom window treatments take her designs to the next level. Her strength in collaboration makes her a team favorite with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Her professional degree in Interior Design from Sinclair Community College with a concentration in architecture is key when working with the architecture team on multifaceted design jobs.
At home, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, AJ, and her two children, Grant and Gretchen, playing outside or doing some landscape design in her own yard. When the weather doesn’t allow it, she’ll be curled up catching up on the latest trending show.
