CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

revival team member, Tim Lange

Structured. Inquisitive. Friendly. Knowledgable. Laid back. Determined. Innovative. Technical. Coordinated.

Meet Tim.
As Chief Operations Officer, Tim leads and manages the inner workings of the Revival‘s day-to-day processes. He works closely with department heads and project managers to coordinate smooth workflows and efficient timelines.

With a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Wright State University, Tim has experience and knowledge in engineering, construction, and public works projects, bringing masterful insight to overcoming obstacles and enacting strategy. His laidback personality, quiet determination, and German heritage — allows no detail to go unnoticed — makes him a valuable asset at Revival, bringing connection and structure to creative processes and designs.

Outside of work, you can find him either working in the yard or on a home improvement project at the lake house, perfecting his golf game, or cheering on his favorite teams, the Ohio State Buckeyes, Houston Astros, and Cincinnati Bengals.  Valuing family, he adores bonding with his wife, exploring new areas and restaurants, savoring classic cigars, and challenging his palette with a complex glass of bourbon. Tim is also an outstanding girl dad to two brilliant, funny, and independent women — Grace whom is studying health sciences, and Kaylee who is wrapping up her business administration degree while working as Revival’s Retail Manager. On top of his family and work success, Tim will forever be proud of still holding the St. Henry baseball program season record for doubles — 15 in 1994.
